We are happy to announce that at this years Royal Three Counties Show we will be holding Ask The Groom live clipping sessions with Lister ambassador Bekki Schofield.
About Bekki Schofield
Bekki Schofield, otherwise known as RS Equine, is a freelance groom and Lister ambassador based in Northumberland. Bekki specialises in clipping and show turnout and was nominated for groom of the year in 2021. Bekki can be found on Facebook – RS Equine Freelance Groom and Instagram – @RSEquine1.

Clipping Horses: It’s your time to ask questions!
Whether you are a fully-fledged clipping king or queen or completely new to it, Bekki Schofield from RS Equine and Lister ambassador will be on hand to answer all your questions.
Saturday 18th June (1 hour)
Blend to perfection
From legs to faces, Bekki Schofield from RS Equine will take you through everything you need to know about getting the perfect blend. Blending has increased in popularity over the last few years and is most often seen in native show ponies. It takes away the lines between clipped and unclipped areas and leaves a seamless finish.
Sunday 19th June (1 hour)
Clipping Horses with Medical Conditions
Clipping horses with medical conditions can ease help keep horses happy and comfortable. Bekki Schofield from RS Equine will clip two horses in this session. The first will be a horse with Cushing’s disease, a condition that means horses find it difficult to shed their coat, meaning that clipping in the summer is essential. The second horse is a rescue case and has been treated for mites in her legs. Clipping is an essential part of her treatment.
