Michael McPherson 24-hour Shearathon
On the 28th May Michael McPherson will be shearing for 24 hours to raise money for The Farming Community Network and Cancer Research UK.
The Farming Community Network is a charity that offers support to farmers and their families, whether it be a personal or business-related issue. Running a confidential helpline open every day, the charity opens its services to over 6,000 members of the farming community each year.
Cancer research UK is the world’s biggest independent cancer research organization, supporting thousands of families each year.
Alongside Michael shearing, British Wool will be hosting their YFC Shearing Course over a 2-day period, so there will be lots to watch!
