Striving to deliver the best products and customer service is always our number one priority at Lister.

Over the past 6 months we have had to close our Repairs and Servicing department due to Coronavirus, which has meant our recommended independent service providers have had to assist with the repairs and servicing of Lister products. As a result of this, Lister have made the strategic decision to remove the provision of service and repair to end-users, which includes lapping and sharpening of blades, combs and cutters.

We would like to assure you that we are still here to help with any queries and have a network of approved independent repair centres located throughout the UK and Ireland that will take on the repairs and servicing on our behalf.

Lister will continue to accept warranty claims from the Stonehouse factory and all warranty queries should go directly to Lister via telephone or email. Warranty claims will only be handled when returned with an authorised returns number.

Equipment returned to the factory for service or repair or without a valid authorised returns number will not be accepted and returned to owner at cost.
